At Employees Matter we have the privilege of working with many different internal networks. It’s fascinating how they all work in very different ways. Some are run by volunteers; some by HR or Diversity; some have budgets and others don’t. Some have clear reporting lines and others are left to their own devices. I am constantly being asked to provide benchmarking against these and so this very simple and confidential 10 question survey on your internal networks will serve as a starting point for us to gather information.
