Look out for Blue Monday – Ideas for your staff

Blue Monday, the name given to the 15th January 2018, has traditionally been recognised as the day when our moods are at their lowest.  Here are a few top tips to engage your staff as you begin to plan for the coming year.

Offices can often feel a bit ‘blue.’ Make sure you get away from your computer, walk around and get fresh air
