About us
We help organisations get important workplace conversations right.
Employees Matter connects organisations with carefully chosen speakers who bring professional expertise, credible lived experience or both. We take the time to understand your people, your priorities and what you want to achieve, then shape the right session, event or programme around them.
Our story
It began with one belief: people don’t leave life at the door when they come to work.
Employees Matter was created to help organisations open up conversations about the issues that affect people inside and outside work clearly, sensitively and with genuine expertise behind them. We don’t send clients a long list of speakers and leave them to work it out. We listen first, ask questions and recommend the people and content that best fit the audience. Whether it’s one webinar or a longer-term programme, every recommendation has a reason behind it.
We’ve grown by listening to our clients and caring deeply about the work we do.

Meet our founder
Zoe Sinclair
Originally launched as Parents Matter due to her personal experience as a working mother, Zoe then expanded the company, and launched Employees Matter. She believes that workplace support should reflect the reality of people’s lives.
Zoe works closely with clients to understand what their people need, then draws on a trusted network of experts and speakers to shape each event. She has a natural instinct for spotting the right fit, asking the questions others might miss and turning an initial idea into something people genuinely connect with.
Under Zoe’s leadership, Employees Matter has developed more than 500 expert-led sessions and reached over 30,000 employees across the world. Its clients include FTSE 100 businesses, leading law and accountancy firms, investment banks and management consultancies.
Who we work with
We work with the people shaping working life.
From an employee network planning one important event to a People team building a year-round programme, we find the speaker, shape the content and take care of the details.
Let’s talk about what your people need.
Whether you have a clear brief or are still working out where to begin, Zoe and the team would love to hear from you.
